José Ignacio Aguado Hernández, known as Nacho Aguado, is the Director General of Innovation, Services, and Internal Commerce within Mexico's Secretariat of Economy. He is responsible for designing and implementing policies and strategies to strengthen services, foster innovation, and promote domestic commerce, with a focus on attracting investment, generating employment, and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (MiPyMEs). Aguado has a background in politics in Durango, having been an independent candidate for deputy and serving as the state coordinator for the Corredores Económicos del Bienestar (Economic Corridors of Wellbeing) in Durango.
