Lanhee Chen is a distinguished public policy expert, academic, and political advisor. He holds positions as the David and Diane Steffy Fellow in American Public Policy Studies at the Hoover Institution and as Director of Domestic Policy Studies and Lecturer in the Public Policy Program at Stanford University. Chen has advised prominent Republican political campaigns, including serving as policy director for Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential campaign, and ran as a candidate for California State Controller in 2022.
