Mariana Fonseca Ribeiro Carvalho de Moraes, born in São Paulo in 1986, is a Brazilian politician and physician. She served as a Federal Deputy for Rondônia for two consecutive terms (2015-2023) and previously as a councilwoman in Porto Velho. Holding degrees in medicine and law, with a master's in Public Management and pursuing a doctorate in Bioethics, her legislative focus included health, education, infrastructure, combating domestic violence, and women's rights. She notably served as the 2nd Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies from 2017 to 2018. She is currently affiliated with União Brasil (UNIÃO).
