Alessandro Ardenti, known professionally as Alex Ardenti, is an Italian-Australian-American director, photographer, and cinematographer specializing in the health and fitness industry. Born in Rome, Italy, he spent his childhood in Australia before returning to Italy, where he became a champion bodybuilder, winning Mr. Junior Italy, Mr. Junior Europe, and Mr. Italy titles. After moving to Los Angeles, California, in the late 1980s, Ardenti established Ardenti Films and became a prominent fitness photographer for international publications and brands, as well as a filmmaker, notably directing documentaries like "SUPPS: The Movie." He also had a career as an actor, appearing in commercials and TV shows.
